Yu-Gi-Oh! Is a 1998 Japanese anime tv series produced by Toei Animation and Bandai based on chapters 1-59 of the same name written by Kazuki Takahashi's manga. The series aired on TV Asahi between October 10, 1998, and April 4, 1998. A animated film based on the series has been released in Japanese theaters on March 6, 1999. The opening theme is"A Cry of Thirst" by field-of-view whilst the end theme is"Even in case you Break Tomorrow" from Wands. A different adaptation produced by Nihon Ad Systems and Konami, yugioh followed the series! Duel Monsters, that began airing in 2000. Fans outside Japan have already dubbed this series since"yugioh! Season Zero."
