The Cape

The Cape can be an American television series, with aspects of drama, action/adventure, and science fiction, which was produced for syndication. The Cape told the story of members of the NASA Astronaut Corps with an emphasis on their own lives at the Kennedy Space Center at Florida as they train for, and implement, Space Shuttle missions. The series stars Corbin Bernsen as USAF Colonel Henry J."Bull" Eckert, an experienced astronaut who, early in the series, was the Manager of Astronaut Training however later in the series was also tasked with the duty of Chief of the Astronaut Office. The series focused on credibility and was filmed close to Cape Canaveral, Florida. Former astronaut Buzz Aldrin also served as technical adviser.
