Raymond"Red" Reddington, one of the FBI's most wanted fugitives, surrenders inperson in FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C.. He asserts that the FBI have the same interests: bringing down dangerous criminals and terrorists. He's made a set of criminals and terrorists which the most but the FBI cannot find as it can not know they exist. Reddington predicts this"The black list". Reddington will co-operate, however, insists that he will speak simply a rookie FBI profiler, to Elizabeth Keen.
