Two childhood friends grow up supporting each other through the difficulties of poverty, and then uphold eachother while they climb through the rankings of society and meet again years later. Kim In Sook's life becomes a nightmare after marrying into a wealthy business family. Inspired with her inlaws being a gold-digging intruder, she is pushed into the margins. Her mother-in-law takes off In the beloved son of Sook when her husband has been killed in a helicopter accident. Input Han Ji Hoon, an old friend In Sook, also power house new family lawyer determined to put an end into the mistreatment of In Sook. In Sook finally retaliates by starting a plan to take over the household, also Ji Hoon affirms her no matter the cost.
