Julia
Julia is a American sitcom celebrated for being among their very first weekly string to depict a African American woman in a non-stereotypical role. Tv show featured africanamerican lead roles, but the characters were often servants. The show conducted in September 17, 1968, and stars celebrity and singer Diahann Carroll. The show was created by Savannah Productions, Inc., Hanncar Productions, Inc., and 20th Century-Fox Television.
The planned set name was the Man of Mama. The show was unique in that it was among the situation comedies from the late 1960s that didn't work with a laugh track. When the series was re issued for cable and syndication re-broadcasts in the 21, however, they were added by 20th Century-Fox Television.
