Park Chan-Hong is a typical high schooler. He has a gift for writing, and his parents put a lot of pressure on him to do well in school. Park Chan-Hong has no specific ambitions. He goes to the same high school as Eom Se-Yoon. She's well-liked at school. Meanwhile, Heo Don-Hyeok attends the same school as Park Chan-Hong. Heo Don-Hyeok is not interested in studying and works to make ends meet. Heo Don-Hyeok rescues Park Chan-Hong from a school bully one day. Heo Don-Hyeok asks Park Chan-Hong for a loan of 300,000 won ($270 USD) to pay his rent. Park Chan-Hong lends him the money, but it was supposed to be used to pay for his private institute tuition.
