Endurance is a American reality television kids' application, also on networks in different countries and previously shown on the Discovery Kids cable network in the United States. The show's structure is somewhat similar to the CBS television show Survivor, though with a teenaged throw. Even though Endurance contestants compete like pairs contestants live in a location that is remote and take part in various physical and mental challenges, and also the competitions' end result determines that pair of players is eradicated. In its run between 2002--2008, each season began with a slate of contestants, who were gradually eradicated as the season progressed until the rest of the two teams flocked to get each one the Endurance Pyramid bits. The winning boy and girl received an all-expenses paid vacation package to a exotic location since the prize using their parents. Production ended with the sixth season's final episode , first aired on March 8, 2008. Reruns of Endurance Remain televised in the U.S., on Hub Network, Discovery Kids's successor before July 22, 2013. Before show was brought back for reruns on April 2, 2012 reruns on the Hub stopped on October 14, 2011 but was again cancelled. Spanish-dubbed reruns also air on weekends on Azteca America. Three seasons of Endurance were nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in the category of"Outstanding Children's Series", however the show never won.
