Edwardian Farm is an ancient documentary TV show in a dozen portions, first shown on BBC 2 from November 2010 to January 2011. It portrays a group of historians hoping to run a farm just as it had been done throughout the Edwardian era. It filmed in Morwellham Quay and was made for the BBC by production company Lion Television. The farming team has been historian Ruth Goodman and archaeologists Alex Langlands and Peter Ginn. The show led by Stuart Elliott and was devised and created by David Upshal. The show is really actually a development from two previous series Victorian Farm and Victorian Pharmacy which were among BBC Two's largest hits of 2009 and 2010, garnering viewers of up to 3.8 million per incident. The show had been followed by war-time Farm at September 2012, featuring the team but this time at Hampshire living since farmers that were wartime.
