Earth: Final Conflict is a science fiction television set based on narrative ideas created by Gene Roddenberry, also produced under the guidance of his widow. It filmed wasn't produced or broadcast until after his passing. It ran for five seasons between May 20, 2002, and October 6, 1997.
The initial title for this particular show was battle ground: Earth, however also the producers changed it as it sounded too much like L. Ron Hubbard's novel, Battlefield Earth. The executive producer was Majel Barrett-Roddenberry. She appeared as the character Dr Julianne Belman in some historical episodes. Barrett has been in possession of notes kept of narrative and string notions. These notes provided the foundation.
