DARLING in the FRANXX

The narrative is set in the future. The land is ruined, and the fort city Plantation is established by humanity. Pilots produced inside Plantation reside in Mistilteinn, also know as the"birdcage." Kids live there knowing nothing of the world or the sky's liberty. Their lives contain battling to carry out assignments. Their enemies are giant lifeforms referred to as Kyouryuu, and the children pilot robots called Franxx to face off against them. For the children, riding the Franxx proves their existence. A boy called Hiro is named Code:016, and he had been known as a prodigy. He has fallen behind, along with also his existence appears to be unnecessary. Not piloting a Franxx will be just like ceasing to exist. 1 day, a mysterious girl called as"Zero Two" appears before him. Two horns grow from her head.
