Courage the Cowardly Dog is a classic humor horror animated tv show created by John R. Dilworth for Cartoon Network. Its principal plot revolves around a marginally anthropomorphic pink/purple dog termed Courage who resides together with his owners, including Muriel and Eustace Bagge, an older, married farming couple in the"Middle of Nowhere". Courage along with his owners are thrown into bizarre misadventuresbetween villains and the paranormal/supernatural. This system originated out of a quick on Cartoon Network's cartoon showcase series created by Hanna Barbera president Fred Seibert,"What a Cartoon!" Titled"The Chicken from Outer Space". The segment was nominated for an Academy Award in 1996, along with a string was commissioned by Cartoon Network based on the short. The sequence, which premiered on November 12, 1999, ran ending November 22, 2002 with a total of 52 episodes produced. The show was that the final and sixth show to be spun away from World Premiere Toons, plus it was the series.
