BBC Children in Need is Your BBC's UK charity. Since 1980 it has increased over #600 million to change the lives of disabled children and teenagers in the UK. One of the highlights is the Yearly telethon, held in November and televised on BBC One and BBC One H D from 7:30pm until 2am. "Pudsey Bear" is BBC Children in Need's mascot, whilst Terry Wogan can be a long-standing host. Although the only charity of the BBC telethons being Sport Relief and Red Nose Day, the Comic Relief charity being supported by possibly BBC Children in Need is one of three telethons.
