Charles in control is a American sitcom series starring Scott Baio Charles, also a 19-year-old student at the fictional Copeland College at New Brunswick, New Jersey, who worked as a babysitter in exchange for board and room. Baio directed many episodes of the series, also has been credited with his whole name, Scott Vincent Baio. It was broadcast on CBS in October 3, 1984. As 126 initial episodes were aired as a whole, it had a powerful first-run syndication run from January 3, 1987 to November 10, 1990. The series dispersed from NBCUniversal Television Sequence and New Line Cinema Corporation, also was made by Scholastic Productions and also Al Burton Productions in association with Universal Television.
