Burn the Witch

Historically, dragons have been responsible for 72 percent of all deaths in London, fantastical beings that are invisible to the majority of the population. While most people are unaware, some people have been standing up to these dragons. Only residents of Reverse London, who live on the hidden "reverse" side of London, can see the dragons. Even so, only a select few become qualified enough as witches or wizards to make direct contact with them. The protagonists of the story are the witches Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole. They work as protectors for Wing Bind (WB), a dragon conservation and management organization. Their mission is to protect and manage the dragons in London on behalf of the people.
