Babylon 5
Babylon 5 is just a space station located in space that is neutral. Built by the Earth Alliance at the 2250s, it's purpose is to sustain peace among the many alien races by giving a refuge where negotiations and grievances can be worked out one of appointed ambassadors. A council comprising representatives from the five major space faring civilizations - the Earth Alliance, Minbari Federation, Centauri Republic, Narn Regime, and Vorlon Empire - work with the League of Non-Aligned Worlds to keep interstellar connections in check. Aside from its diplomatic function, Babylon 5 also functions as a military place for Earth and a port of call for travelers, traders, businessmen, criminals, and Rangers.
