Arlene loses everything after the untimely death of her kid, including her husband and her home, and she begins to lose her sanity as a result. She gladly accepts the opportunity to return back in time and change things when it is presented to her by the mysterious Endeavour Institute, and she then begins her voyage to the past. Arlene must differentiate between what is real and what is false without disrupting the delicate balance in order to escape the haunting memories of her other existence. She has no idea how dreadful the price will be that she will have to pay to save her son.
