On July 4, 2003, 11 Turkish special forces soldiers and 13 civilians were arrested in Sulaymaniyah, northern Iraq, by U.S. forces from the 173rd Airborne commanded by Colonel William C. Mayville, who was in charge of them. The Turkish soldiers think this is just another visit from their NATO friends. However, this time is different.
