Tom, Jerry, and Dorothy are back in Kansas after defeating the Wicked Witch of the West! For a new villain has emerged from the mystical kingdom, the Gnome King! The Gnome King and his army have captured the Good Witch and are wreaking havoc across Oz, seeking just one item: Dorothy's ruby slippers!
