The Scythian Lamb
Based on a manga composed by Tatsuhiko Yamagami, the tale is set in a previous port community Uobuka, where 6 former criminals were sent to live there by the government, with the intent of re-socialising them. Besides the few that understand about the project, the basic townsfolk has no suggestion of the previous convicts' identifications. Tsukisue is the pleasurable and effective local official put in charge of the program. As he gradually finds out about their past, a body is uncovered.
