Doc McCoy is imprisoned after his partners chickened out and flew away without him following an exchange of a prisoner for a large sum of money. Doc is aware that Jack Benyon, a wealthy "business"man, is planning something huge, and instructs his wife (Carol McCoy) to inform Benyon that he is for sale if he can get him out of prison. Benyon manages to wrangle another release for Doc McCoy. Regrettably, he must cooperate with the same person who sentenced him to prison.
