The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call - New Orleans

Sgt. Terrence McDonagh of the NOPD is awarded a medal and promoted to lieutenant for his heroics during Hurricane Katrina. McDonagh injures his back as a result of his bravery and becomes hooked to pharmaceutical painkillers. He subsequently becomes connected with a drug dealer who is accused of murdering an African immigrant family.
