Albert and Ben become fast friends. In this twisted, sexual comedy, their therapy sessions wind up revealing as much about Albert as they do about Ben. "Seat In Shadow," the writer/director Henry Coombes' first feature film, was shot entirely on location in the city of Glasgow. After premiering at the Edinburgh International Film Festival, the film went on to play at the Berlin International Film Festival and the BFI Flare Festival, among other festivals. An amusing examination of societal mores as well as sexual excess, in which the lines between doctor and patient, as well as between artist and muse, are gradually blurred.
