Lord Wingate, acquitted of fraud, opens a 'finishing school' to educate girls how to scam affluent men for a cut. He hires Rose Alba's Duchess of Burwood as a teacher and Nosher Powell's Cockney Geezer Hector as a fitness instructor. A rusted-out old mini bus is used to transport the first group of students, who had just arrived from Holloway prison. Suspicious neighbors and police, as well as newspaper reports naming the prison ladies now mingling in high society, lead to a raid and a fresh court date for Lord Wingate. The judge punishes him, but plans to open his own'sex school.'
