Mark Hunter is an intelligent but shy teenager that has only moved into suburban Arizona. Unbeknownst to his parents and peers, at 10pm each school night Mark happens to the short wave radio in his basement and transforms into pirate DJ"Hard Harry". Mark's series, with students at his school, becomes an underground hit at the same time thoughtful and profane, inspiring the anger of his leader and the Federal Communications Commission [FCC].
