Oloture is a film set in Nigeria that tells the narrative of a young, inexperienced Nigerian journalist who goes undercover to expose the shadowy underworld of human trafficking. Oloture is unaccustomed to this harsh environment, which is swarming with vicious traders and pimps, but she finds warmth and companionship with Blessing, Linda, and Beauty, the prostitutes with whom she lives. Despite this, she finds herself lured into their way of life and struggles to cope. It is in her drive to uncover the truth that she is forced to pay the ultimate price, one that puts her on the verge of irreversible damage.
