Sam is prone to making poor choices. He's unmarried, jaded, and banned from the internet as a convicted computer hacker. Forced to sleep on his brother's couch, he scrapes by working at the neighborhood Twistee Treat and stealing mail while posing as a postal worker. Then, all of that changes with a single pink envelope. The heartfelt missive, sent by a grieving Josie to her late husband and fallen Marine, stirs something within Sam. Desperate to earn such devotion, he plots to meet the lovely, young war widow who yearns to improve herself. As the two become closer, she warms to the prospect of a second chance at love, but not before Sam's history comes calling in the shape of an FBI agent on the lookout for missing bitcoins.
