When Rose, a passionate style stylist in her 30's living in New york city, inherits her grandmother's vintage dress shop, she goes back to her small hometown to look after the shop. As she's pondering shutting the store for good, she faces her lovely senior high school crush, Cole Murphy, that encourages her to bring back the shop and help people in need that can't afford brand-new clothes.
