Founded in France, England, Switzerland and the United States, this documentary covers director Alejandro Jodorowsky (El Topo, Holy Mountain, Santa Sangre) along with his 1974 Quixotic attempt to accommodate the seminal sci-fi novel Dune to a feature film. The enormous job fell apart after spending two decades and huge amount of money, for the legendary job continued to work 29, but the artists Jodorowsky constructed. This type of musicians, or his"warriors" because Jodorowsky named them, went on to specify modern sci-fi theatre with such films as Alien, Blade Runner, Star Wars and Total Recall.
