Jack and the Cuckoo-Clock Heart

Back in Scotland 1874, Jack is born on the coldest day ever. On account of the cold, his heart stops beating. The accountable midwife in Edinburgh finds a solution replacing his heart to save him. So he remains and resides under the mid wife's preventative attention. But he shouldn't become angry or excited because that endangers his own life causing his clock to stop working. When he grows up, he has to handle the fact they can't fall in love because his delicate heart may stop.
