It's 1969, as well as Young-rae is a 10-year-old kid who copes with his mommy, that offers smuggled cosmetics. He does not have nothing other than a dad. Someday, however, he hears word that his daddy, whom his mom had stated was dead, was alive as well as an university student in Seoul. In order to visit his father in Seoul, Young-rae attempts to generate income by offering ice bars on the street.
