I Give My First Love to You

As a kid Takuma is identified as having a heart condition that requires care from the cardiologist. He soon becomes friends with all his doctors young daughter Mayu while being treated at a medical facility. Mayu over hears her father saying that Takumas condition is serious enough that he live past the age of 20 one day. Takuma isn't aware of this himself therefore at 8-years-old he also gets a promise. Later in life, Takuma becomes aware he begins distancing himself assured of protecting her out of Mayu and that he wont be able to help keep this promise.
