Green Lantern: Beware My Power

John Stewart, a former Marine who served as a sharpshooter, has recently been dismissed from the military. At this point in his life, he is at a crossroads, which is made even more difficult for him by the gift of an extraterrestrial ring that endows him with the abilities of the Green Lantern of Earth. Unfortuitously, the ring does not arrive with any instructions; but, it does come with a lot of baggage, such as a legion of interplanetary killers who are hell-bent on eradicating every Green Lantern in the universe. Now, with the assistance of the light-hearted Green Arrow, Adam Strange, and Hawkgirl, this hesitant soldier must journey into the heart of a galactic Rann/Thanagar battle and somehow succeed where all other Green Lanterns have failed.
