Fullmetal Alchemist The Movie: The Sacred Star of Milos

The Elric brothers attempt to track him down after a prisoner with just a few weeks left on his sentence breaks out of prison at Central City. The search leads them to dining table City from the northeast state of Creta, at which Alphonse rescues a young alchemist called Julia from the very man they're attempting to capture. At the thick of this struggle, they literally tumble into Julia's home turf, Milos Valley's slums, and are embroiled from the people's rebellion.
