On the afternoon of his daughter's birthday, William"D-Fens" Foster is hoping to get to the home of his estranged exwife to visit his daughter. His car breaks down, so he leaves his car in a traffic jam in la and decides to walk. He belongs to a convenience store and attempts to find some change to get a phone call, however, the Korean owner doesn't oblige, tipping Foster on the border. Violently lash out against them and the Foster frustrated with the several flaws he sees in society, begins to psychotically.
