After a bloody invasion of the BOPE at the High-Security Penitentiary Bangu 1 at Rio de Janeiro to Restrain rebellion of interns, the Lieutenant-Colonel Roberto Nascimento and the second at Control Captain André Matias are accused with the Individual Right Aids member Diogo Fraga of execution of prisoners. Matias is transferred into the Military Police that were corrupted and also Nascimento is exonerated from the BOPE by the juvenile.
