DC Showcase: Adam Strange

Few of the toiling employees on a harsh asteroid mining colony are aware that their town drunk was ever anything more than an intergalactic derelict. However, as the miners create a fissure into the habitat of a swarm of dangerous alien insects, his true identity is revealed. He is Adam Strange, a space explorer whose heroic background is revealed in flashbacks as he attempts to save the very people who have ridiculed him for so long.
