It's been several decades, and there is still no lot going on 40 km out of no where. But that is all about to change because the folks of Dog River, Saskatchewan face their biggest catastrophe ever. Brent and the gang find that the town's been badly mismanaged, leaving residents with little choice but to clean up and leave. As citizens create as they know it, one last rally to rescue Dog River, they discover a plan with a chain that could affect life for Dog Riverites.
