Following two aircraft accidents aboard an Aircraft Carrier, there is a government representative placed aboard the ship. His first duty is to ascertain what stop the inevitable third string breaking accident that changes course when a sailor reports seeing one of the top fighter pilots at a gay club and may be at the root of these injuries. Even the aviator and three of their spouses and his squadron mates become the subject of a mortal modern day witch hunt entangling them in a web of deceit and jealousy that examines their concept of friendship, love and honor and also affects their lives forever.
