The Susanswerphone office is located in the basement of the Susanswerphone building. Ella Peterson is an employee there. She assumes new personas for each of her customers so that she can gain insight into their lives while also bringing some excitement to her own monotonous existence. They consist of a Method actor who is currently unemployed, a dentist who has musical aspirations, and in especially a playwright named Jeffrey Moss who is currently experiencing writer's block and is in dire need of a muse.
