Anhedonia
Upon hearing his mentor's impending departure, haggard artist Kino Warren begins a journey on foot across country, also through a place not of this world called"the land". Kino believes whole heartedly that the mentor can't die until he arrives. On his travel, Kino is oblivious a few folks have been on his tail - varyingly malicious and politically involved - in hunt of this only-known recording of the best piece of music available, an item supposedly capable of taking away all pain within the listener - created by his own mentor, also in his ownership, completely unbeknownst to him.
