Amazing Grace and Chuck

Chuck Murdock,12, of Montana, becomes apprehensive after viewing a Minuteman missile on a school field trip. He refuses to play baseball to protest the existence of nuclear weapons, resulting in his team forfeiting a Little League game. "Amazing Grace" Smith, a fictional Boston Celtics player, resigns from professional basketball to join the boy's protest. This provides it national exposure, encouraging other professional athletes to join the anti-nuclear weapons demonstration. Finally, the President of the United States meets with Chuck, praising his determination while emphasizing the real problems of disarmament. Meanwhile, nefarious forces are threatening the lives of Amazing Grace and his agent, Lynn.
