None of them calls for the authorities or takes action. 3-7 informs the story of what contributed to the night when they remained passive observers and a few of those people. The movie is a convincing portrayal of a borough in exchange and a time characterized by racism, the Civil Rights Movement and changes. The event that motivated the plot of the film has been called a logo for the moment when America lost its innocence.
