Ryouma Sakamoto wants everyone to be familiar with his passion for rock 'n' roll, so he roams around town along together with his guitar willing to demonstrate anybody he experiences as the Shinsengumi stars they respect he's equally as proficient. Unfortunately, Japan does not allow anything other such as performing or writing several kinds of music is prohibited and can result in unpleasant consequences.
Agitated by these rules and brainwashing, Ryouma does whatever he could to show people who will bring them the freedom they deserve. Together his own band mates Shinsaku Takasugi and Kogoru Katsura, Ryouma works hard to find places due to his rock'n' roll group to perform with. Refusing to back down before their music is accepted at Japan, the trio begin to appreciate than they'd thought that there's more with their own fire.
