Throughout a commemoration for Japanese soldiers fighting in the US Army during World War II, Mr. Miyagi meets the widow of the commanding officer. He has to understand that her grand daughter Julie, an upset teenager who's feeling the pain of losing her parents and so is having trouble with her grandmother and her students. Mr. Miyagi decides to show her karate to get her through her pain and back and issues to the ideal path.
