Travis and Wendell are two down-and-out New Yorkers who believe they are going to a small town in Nebraska in order to build a nightclub. What they are unaware of is that they have been kidnapped by a KGB officer and flown to the Soviet Union, where they will serve as unsuspecting "experts" on all things popular in America. The town, which was specifically designed for KGB spies-in-training, is intended to serve as a training ground for Soviet agents. What can these two unfortunate Americans possibly teach the Soviet spies, and will they ever discover they are not in Nebraska?
