Hikari is bullied because he has an electric pole sprouting out of his back. A classmate, Momo, comes to his aid. Hikari gives her a time machine as a gift. He uses the time machine to travel 25 years into a dismal future. There, he meets Shinsengumi Vampire Gang members chasing Dr. Sariba, Momo's future self. She tells Hikari she had long awaited his arrival from the past and that he must save the world.
