At New York City, Skip McCoy, an insolent pick pocket sets off a chain of events when he aims Candy that is ex-prostitute and enjoys her pocket. Unaware she has been making deliveries of highly classified information to the communists, Candy, who has been trailed by FBI representatives for months in hopes of nabbing the secret agent ring leader, is sent by her ex boyfriend, Joey, to get Skip and retrieve the valuable microfilm he currently holds.
