The experiences of a group of Texas adolescents in 1976 on their final day of school, centering on student Randall Floyd, who moves easily among geeks, jocks and stoners. Floyd is actually really a celebrity athlete, but he enjoys smoking weed, which presents a conundrum when his football trainer demands he sign a"no drugs" pledge.
