ARMADILLO is a account of adrenaline addiction and growing cynicism for soldiers at war. Daniel and mads are on their first assignment in Helmand, Afghanistan. Their platoon is stationed in Camp Armadillo fighting demanding battles against the Taliban. The soldiers are not there to help the people, but as fighting operations increasingly hairy and gets tougher, Daniel Mads and their pals become cynical, widening the difference between the Afghan civilisation. Mistrust and paranoia set in causing alienation and disillusion. Armadillo is a journey into the soldier's mind and also a unique picture on the story of war and man, staged in its version in Afghanistan.
