In this tense tale of psychological terror, Vivian Miller (Young) is a young twenties woman who's serving out her prison sentence in a work release program in the Midwest. Her ninety days of Legislation takes her into The Cawdor Theater, a dilapidated summer stock theatre run by Lawrence O'Neil (Elwes). A Broadway manager, lawrence, is paid off to raging out of his past across the mistakes and staging amateur productions with young parolees. The arrival in Cawdor of vivian starts a frightful series of events which attracts Lawrence ago into the current. After Vivian views an older stage production of Macbeth, a force of evil has been unleashed which turns its sights. With the assistance of Roddy (Welch), a neighborhood outcast, Vivian places about looking for who the Super Natural killer on the tape is until she's the next victim.
